====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHANDRA PRAKASH SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. This application is filed for modification of order dated 15.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17482 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 15.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17482 of 2024 with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68652 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 1319 of 2022, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure but due to unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not furnish the bail bond before the Court below within the stipulated time.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to extend the time for furnishing the bail bond of the petitioner.

5. In view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioner, as ordered on 15.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17482 of 2024 be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

6. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 15.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17482 of 2024 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) Aman Kumar/- U T
