Petitioner is not named but from perusal of impugned order, it appears that name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused.

Learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner submits that except confessional statement as well as information of the spy, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner in the present case.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of two cases but considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3059 of 2016 (2) dt.02-02-2016 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 225 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.
