The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 67 of 2017, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the A.C.J.M-IV, Kaimur at Bhabua.

The accusation is that on 29.03.2017 informant Bal Kishun Ram along with his son had gone to Market for purchasing medicine. In the way, two persons on the point of Katta stopped the informant and forcibly took the motorcycle. The informant identified them as Niraj Yadav, Ram Bilash Yadav (petitioner) and Khabri Lal Gautam.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26822 of 2017 (4) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
