In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. An allegation has been made against the accused persons including the petitioner of forcibly kidnapping the daughter of the Informant which has been corroborated by the statement made by the victim girl.

Looking to the nature of offence as also the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named is rejected.
