In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.417 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 120(B), 201, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that the girl has established relationship with Mukesh Sah and was staying in the house of the petitioner, later on dead body of the girl was recovered from the abundant field.
Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
