The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 265 of 2016 registered under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties submits that both the parties are ready to lead their conjugal live peacefully. On perusal of report of the Mediation Centre, it appears that both the parties have resolved their disputes.
