The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. He has no criminal antecedent. There is case and counter case between the parties for the land disputes. Further submission is that both the parties have injured in the alleged occurrence. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61413 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
