The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 293 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

As per the FIR, three unknown miscreants riding on motorcycle intercepted the informant and looted cash and mobile pone of the informant.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession and till date, petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade. He is in custody since 04.03.2021.

Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail

Considering the period of custody and the fact that no looted article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the bail petition of the petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-Vth, Supaul, in connection with Triveniganj P.S.
