JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 14-07-2016 This application has been filed for direction to pass final decree in Final Decree No.1 of 2000 arising out of Partition Suit No.50 of 1992 pending in the Court of Sub Judge V, Samastipur. In my opinion, no such direction can be given under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

Therefore, this writ application is dismissed as not maintainable.
