JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Roshanganj P.S. Case No. 152 of 2018 for the offence under Section 414 the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case the petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2018. He further submits that in absence of ingredients of offence of theft in the F.I.R., the case for the offence under Section 414 is not sustainable. He submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial
