JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that informant's six thousand rupees, mobiles, ATM Card, and driving licence were looted. The informant identified the registration number of the motorcycle on which the miscreants were traveling and one of the accused as Bipin Kumar. Subsequently, it was found that the motorcycle in question was registered in the name of the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has maliciously been roped in the present case. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3738 of 2016 (2) dt.25-01-2016 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 396 of 2015 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Vaishali at Hajipur.
This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
