The petitioners, two in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his daughter Shahnaj Begam went to attend the call of nature but she did not return. During the course of search, Md. Sabir Alam, Md. Shamshuddin, Md. Shubhan Ali told that they saw Shahnaj Begal sitting in an auto-rickshaw with Amit Kumar Panjiyar and Santosh Kumar Yadav and the petitioners were standing near the auto-rickshaw. Considering the facts and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioners are ladies, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16974 of 2015 (2) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 194/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
