ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he is the recipient of some money which came to be extracted by his brother by way of Rangdari. The said amount received by the petitioner by way of Rangdari came into his bank account to which the petitioner did not protest.

Considering the nature of allegation against this petitioner and that he is the recipient of money accredited to his account for the reason that his brother was indulging in such nefarious activities and that he has not taken steps to return the same, I am not inclined

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4081 of 2016 (3) dt.21-04-2016 P2/2 to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 648 of 2014. It is accordingly rejected.
