The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.697 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 308, 342 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practice Act. Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and that they have no criminal antecedents, let all the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or
