The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Munger Muffasil Case No. 37 of 2012 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 504, 342, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to surrender and seek bail.
