The present application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 12864 of 2018 which was dismissed for default due to non-compliance of the order dated 27.7.2018 by which three weeks pre-emptory time was granted to the petitioners to remove the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter. This Court is satisfied with the reasons given in this restoration application and, accordingly, the prayer made for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 12864 of 2018 is allowed with a liberty to the petitioners to remove the defects within a period of six weeks after restoration of the normal court proceedings.
