It has been alleged that on an instigation of petitioner, Jagdish Sah, Pawan Sah had shot at causing injury over neck of informant, Rajendra Sah. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 02.03.2015.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Jagdish Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bairiya P.
