The petitioner seeks regular bail in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 213/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. In the written report it is alleged that petitioner after introducing himself in the village as District Coordinator of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikash Yojna took money from the informant and others as named in the written report on the pretext of providing employment on the post of Sewing Trainer and Assistant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vague allegation has been levelled against this petitioner. The informant has no proof of giving any money to the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S.
