JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-06-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Complaint Case No. 971(c) of 2014 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is the husband and is being prosecuted by his wife for offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, shortly after the marriage.

The informant is represented in the Court and states that she is ready to live with the husband, provided he keeps her with dignity. The petitioner is also ready to keep her provided she lives in her matrimonial house and keeps her in-laws with proper care and dignity. He submits that the only reason, this litigation has
