JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 166 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is that one of the certificate of the petitioner was found forged by the authority during the enquiry made as per direction of the High Court. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that serial number 1 of the certificate was not tallied with the original certificate and as such she has been made accused in this case, but the other certificates are genuine. Further, other co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Further, petitioner has no criminal

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of the order and on surrender she will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of court concerned till submission of charge-sheet with condition to cooperate in investigation of the case, however, once the charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner, she should surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of materials available at that time.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
