The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ashok Paper Mill P.S. Case No.122 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 354(B), 354(D), 448, 427, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner stating that there is direct allegation of forcibly entering into the house of the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62547 of 2022(2) dt.09-01-2023 2/2 and using criminal force to outrage the modesty of the informant and her sister. Therefore, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. Harish/- (Arvind Srivastava, J) U T
