The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 11602 of 2018 arising out of Phulwari Sharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 997 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a)(b) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 40 litres of illicit Mahua liquor from the possession of three accused persons coming on two motorcycles after they were apprehended by the Police.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The petitioner is stated to be having a clean

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 11602 of 2018 arising out of Phulwari Sharif (Janipur) P.S.
