The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. 133 of 2014, registered under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is allegation that one Jatin Sah shot fire upon brother of the informant which hit his left eye by which he succumbed to injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been named in the First Information Report and his name finds place on confessional statement of co-accused Jatin Sah. Hence except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail custody since 24.07.2014. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief
