This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Mirganj PS Case No. 324 of 2018 for the alleged offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. In the instant case, 66.120 liters of English Wine was recovered from a Tempo. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the driver of the tempo and has no concern with the business of illicit liquor.
