JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,337,338 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. With regard to a protest made for plucking guava, co accused Md. Kalim assaulted Budhni Khatoon alias Nagina Khatoon, the daughter in law of the informant when the informant went to rescue his daughter in law then he was also assaulted by the daughter in law of co accused Md. Kalim. Subsequently, the daughter in law of the informant succumbed to the injuries. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the specific accusation of assault is against Md. Kalim and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17412 of 2015 (2) dt.13-05-2015 2/2 Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that the accusation is not specific against the petitioners who are lady, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
