It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in the last but one paragraph of the order dated 19.1.2017 in place of 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa' it has wrongly been typed as 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad', as such, the order may be modified to that extent only.

In the said circumstances, the order dated 19.1.2017 is modified to the extent that in last but one paragraph of the said order it should be read as 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa' in place of 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad'. Let this order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
