JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-04-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ghosi P.S.Case No. 176 of 2014 instituted under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant's daughter Guriya Kumari was married with co accused Rajiv Verma 5-6 years back and since after the marriage, the petitioners along with other co accused used to make demand of Rs. Five lacs as dowry and thereafter the petitioners along with other co accused had continuously made cruelty for the same and it is further alleged that the petitioners along with other co accused persons have killed his daughter and they have also caused disappearance of the dead boy of the deceased Guriya Kumari.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49712 of 2014 (2) dt.30-04-2015 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no.1 is father-in-law and petitioner no.2 is mother-inlaw. It has also been submitted that the petitioners have no concern with the family of the husband of the deceased. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named accused in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi P.S.Case No. 176/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
