Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Vide impugned order the learned District Judge, dismissed the transfer petition on the ground that the Court of Sub-Judge-1st, Sheikhpura was vacant.

The petitioner wanted to transfer the case to the Court of Sub-Judge 1st, Sheikhpura as he has heard the case for several times.

Since the presiding officer was transferred the learned District Judge has rightly dismissed the petition. With these observations, this civil miscellaneous petition is being disposed of.

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.535 of 2021(2) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para 1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
