The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 498A, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It is contended that petitioner is mother-in-law in fact, she is step-mother-in-law and there is only allegation that she had pulled the hairs of the informant.
Be that as it may in view of the fact that petitioner is a lady, let the abovenamed petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Complaint Case No.615C/2016 (Cr.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29724 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 2 / 2 Comp. (P)/ 615/2015), on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-II, Supaul subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
