The award passed by the learned Arbitrator under the provisions of the National Highways Authority Act (for short "The Act") is under challenge. Diverse submissions have been made to assail the Arbitral Award. The Court is, however, reluctant to consider those submissions, as according to the provisions of the Act, any such Arbitral Award can be challenged under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. In case, the petitioner chooses to file appropriate proceeding for
