The prayer is allowed. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. As and when such an application is filed by the petitioner, the learned Special Judge will consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law. It is needless to say that such liberty has been granted by this Court without going into the merits of the case.
