The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/325/307/353/337/338/153A and 295 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner and no specific role has been assigned to the present petitioner. Considering the nature of allegations and that there is no specific role has been assigned to the petitioner and also because the petitioner has no criminal history, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from

No.3805 of 2016 (2) dt.12-04-2016 P2/2 the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Chenari P.S.
