The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tekari (Mau) P.S. Case No. 55 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner and opposite party no.2 are present physically. The opposite party no.2 has brought her daughter also, both are ready to live together. The petitioner is ready to take away the opposite party no.2 and the daughter to his house and thereafter he will take away his wife and daughter to Nagpur where he is working.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10289 of 2017 (5) dt.30-06-2017 2/2 Under the circumstances, the petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VIth, Gaya, in connection with Tekari (Mau) P.S. Case No. 55 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further that the petitioner shall keep his wife and daughter properly and in case of failure, the bail granted shall be deemed to be cancelled.
