Mr.Md. Raisul Haque (Sc 10) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-01-2020 The petitioner seeks a modification of the order dated 16.05.2019 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 8188 of 2019.

This Court had directed the petitioner to prefer a fresh complaint before the District Programme Officer, East Champaran, Motihari within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of the order and the concerned respondent was directed to pass a reasoned order in

Patna High Court MJC No.3536 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2020 2/3 accordance with law within a further period of eight weeks of the filing of such representation.

It appears that the representation / complaint as directed by this Court was filed after four weeks / stipulated time and therefore the same has not been entertained.

The present petition has been filed only for the purpose of extending the time within which such application could be filed and entertained.

This Court is not at all happy in the manner in which the concerned respondent has refused to entertain the representation / complaint only on the ground of some delay in approaching him.

In any view of the matter, this Court now directs that in case a representation is filed within a reasonable period of time, the same shall be entertained by the concerned respondent and a reasoned order shall be passed within a period of six weeks of the receipt of such representation.

This application stands disposed off.
