The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 524 of 2018, Special (Excise) Case No. 482 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 30(a), 38(1) and 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 14.09.2018. He further submits that the co-accused namely Raman Prakash @ Munna Yadav and another have already been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 72419 of 2018 vide order dated 13.12.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80598 of 2018(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 524 of 2018 Special (Excise) Case No. 482 of 2018.
