1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.A. For directing the Respondent authorities to take proper steps for proper compliance of the order dated 15.7.2024, passed by In-charge Medical Officer, Community Health Center, Karakat (Gorari), Rohtas by which Respondent No.6 was directed to pay a sum of Rs.14523/- to the petitioner in order to maintain the family, as Respondent No.6 was appointed on compassionate ground.

B. For directing the Respondent Authorities to take

Patna High Court CWJC No.14067 of 2024(2) dt.23-09-2024 2/2 proper steps on the representation filed by the petitioner as well as his wife alleging non-payment of maintenance amount by Respondent No.6 and regarding violation of the order dated 15.7.2024 as the representations are still pending for consideration."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the State Respondents for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
