The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 379,354 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have entered into the house of the informant and firstly tried to outrage her modesty. The petitioner is also alleged to have taken away different articles.

It is submitted that the petitioner is next door neighbour of the informant and there was some quarrel and for that the petitioner is in jail since 24.11.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
