SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the occurrence is said to have taken place after PACS election when the villagers assembled for the purpose of demonstration protesting the irregularities in the election. It is said that there is no injury report on the record.

Let petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the Court below and his request for grant of bail be considered in the light of the injuries suffered by the members of the prosecution party, namely, police

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48536 of 2014 (3) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 constable. In case, injuries on the person of the injured is not found grievous petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Rs. Five Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Mahisi P.S. Case No. 118/09, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Until verification is made from the injury report, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner. (V.N.
