2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 341, 323, 379, 448, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry prohibition Act.

3. The prosecution case in nutshell is that informant was married with the petitioner. It is also alleged that after some days, her in-laws started demanding Rs. 2,00,000/- and due to non fulfillment they all started torturing her and at last they ousted the

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no any demand of dowry as alleged. It is the informant who did not want to live with the petitioner. Petitioner, being the husband of the informant, is ready to keep her wife with full dignity and honor. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 7.5.2023. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for Bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No. 67
