2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) and 61(2) of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, informant alleged that on 01.12.2024, on account of land dispute, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, killed his father by strangulating and stabbing him with knife while he was sleeping at the doorstep of his house.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has

In the F.I.R., informant has not disclosed as to how and who gave this information about involvement of this petitioner in the alleged occurrence. During course of investigation, none of the witnesses have claimed to have seen this petitioner committing the alleged offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion on account of previous land dispute. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, materials that have surfaced during course of investigation and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-1st Class, Munger in connection with Harpur P.S. Case No. 141A of 2024, subject to
