Petitioner seeks bail in Sarai P.S. Case No.29 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 Indian Penal Code.
First Information Report is against unknown. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was arrested in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No.50 of 2018. The police remanded the petitioner in this case after recording his confessional statement. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from his possession.
Petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77486 of 2018(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIII, Hajipur, in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No.29 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
