2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 371, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10/09/11 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act.
3. As per FIR. it is a case of solemnized marriage of the minor girl child aged about 10-12 years for the purpose of human trafficking by the accused person along with the petitioner.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he made role as Mediator in such type of performing

It is further submitted that the mother of the victim has performed marriage to accused Ram at the roof of the house of co-accused, Gauri Shankar. Petitioner has no specific overt act. The petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2023.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 158 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 1137 of 2023.
