It is an admitted position that four injuries said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon were found on different parts of body of the injured and all the aforesaid injuries were found simple in nature.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Nawannagar ( Sonbarsa) P.S.Case No. 154 of 2014.
