JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners happen to be parents-in-law of the deceased whose marriage had taken place in the year 2014 with son of petitioners. Although there is allegation that deceased was subjected to cruelty and subsequently burnt to death by the petitioners and others but police after due investigation submitted charge sheet under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the aforesaid facts as well as submissions on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
