ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 2/ 07-10-2015 The Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 06.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.52068 of 2014, but on condition that an Affidavit would be filed on his behalf that he has fair antecedents.

Since the Petitioner had criminal antecedents, such an Affidavit could not be filed and hence, he could not avail the benefit of the said order and filed the present application. Since second anticipatory bail application is not maintainable, it is disposed off with direction to the Petitioner to surrender before the Court below i.e. Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Begusarai, in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.136 of 2013 within four weeks from today which shall consider that the Petitioner was found fit to be released on anticipatory bail by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18865 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 this Court.

Application stands disposed off.
