The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 120(B), 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and Section.

The basic accusation is of torture for nonfulfillment of dowry demand and ousting the informant and children from her matrimonial house.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that a false and concocted story has been

The petitioner is husband of the informant and he performed marriage with the informant about fourteen years ago and there are five children out of the wedlock. The petitioner is ready to maintain his wife (informant) and children.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Mahila Thana P.S. Case No. 64 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
