JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 20.04.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner took minor son of the informant for assisting him in the filed but, subsequently, he tried to throttle the son of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only one abrasion has been found on the neck of the son of the informant that too is simple in nature and investigation has already concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18691 of 2015 (2) dt.23-06-2015 2/2 to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.71 of 2013.
