The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19596 of 2015 whereby the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 499 of 2013, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M., Aurangabad and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the learned court below within a period of sixteen weeks but due to illness of the petitioner, he could not surrender in the learned court below within the stipulated period. The period of surrender of the petitioner in the learned court below is extended for a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. The order dated 09.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19596 of 2015 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4294 of 2016 (2) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
