Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Prosecution case is that one co-accused Tuntun Das was apprehended with illicit liquor, arms and ammunitions who disclosed the name of the petitioner.

Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61306 of 2022(2) dt.09-12-2022 2/2 arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excose, Patna City in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 299 of 2022. , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
