2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 319 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498-A, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, there is allegation of dowry torture made by the accused persons including petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant.

Petitioner no. 1 is in service of BCCL Dhanbad as foreman and both petitioners are living in Dhanbad. They have no concern with the affairs of the informant and her husband. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 319 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
